Anniversary Bilingual Service - 9/24/06

The Ark International Church will celebrate their Anniversary of being a bilingual congregation on Sunday, September 24th at 11am. The service will include a gather of over 10 different nations represented. The Service will be spoken in both English and Spanish. Yardsale - 9/23/06

A Yardsale will be held at the Family Life Center on Saturday, September 23 at 8am. Proceeds from the sale will go towards the member of this year's missions trip to Wales. ( Oct. 19-28). For more information contact Pastor Jim Paisley at 441-5182.

Softball Game - 9/16/06

A softball game has been scheduled to be played on Saturday, September 16 at the Ark Field. We will be hosting a covered dish dinner and friendly game with our friends from Kitty Hawk Baptist church. Dinner will start at 5pm with the game following. See you there!

Membership Class Offered - 9/17/06

Interested in becoming a member of the Ark International Church? Do you desire to become involved in a ministry? Want to know more about our Church? If so, you'll want to participate in this first of four Life Development Series offered this fall. On Sunday, September 17 at 5pm we will begin the first segment of this dynamic journey! Class 101 - Membership, "An Introduction to Our Church Family" will be held in the Family Life Center. This session will last about 3 hours and dinner will be included. Topics covered during this session will include: What is the definition of the Church?, Our values, vision, and Strategy, Our Faith, What we believe, etc. To participate, please sign-up on the appropriate form in the foyer of the Church or contact us at 441-5182.

Labor Day Picnic - 9/4/06

The Ark International Church will be hosting its annual Labor Day Picnic on Monday, September 4th on the church grounds. Prepare to enjoy an afternoon of eating, gathering, and games for all ages! Chicken Dinner Fundraiser - 8/20/06

A Chicken Dinner will be served at the Family Life Center on Sunday, August 20th at 1pm. A donation will be received for the meal. Funds that are raised will go towards Youth Ministry and the church's Capital Campaign. The Family Life Center is located directly behind the Ark Church at MP 11.5 on the bypass. Upcoming Missions Trip - 10/19/06

A Missions Trip is being planned for October 19 - 28, 2006. The trip will be to Wales, UK. The itinerary will include: prayer, worship, street-evangelism, vacation bible school, youth ministry, etc. The cost of the trip will be @ $950. This will include Airfare, lodging ( in church member's house), and food ( possibly more if you're a big eater). For those committed to going, a $100 deposit will be due by August 20th.
