Family First Night - 10/4/06

On Wednesday, Oct. 4th at 6pm your family is invited to join our church family for Family First Night. Meet us in the Family Life Center for a prepared meal, so your family and others can enjoy one another! Services for all age groups will follow at 7pm. See you there!

Jaily Ministry

Looking for an opportunity to serve? We've been given a quarterly opportunity to minister at our local jail in Manteo. Ministry will include conducting a worship service for both men and women. Music, Worship, Singing, preaching, teaching, praying, testifying, etc. are some of the things we'll be doing. A strong calling and committment are required. Maturity 201 offered - 10/15/06

On Sunday, October 15th, the second part of our Life Development Series will be offered. Class 201, Introduction to Spiritual Maturity will be held at 4:30pm at the Family Life Center ( building next to the Family Life Center - Upstairs). If you're desiring to grow as a believer, then this class is for you! Topics covered will include: Defining Spiritual Maturity & how to develop good spiritual habits, experiencing God, learning to pray, and baptism in the Holy Spirit. Softball Rematch - 10/7/06

On Saturday, Oct. 7th at 4pm we will be playing another game of Softball with our friends from 1st Baptist Church in Kitty Hawk. The game will be held on the Ark Field behind the Family Lift Center. The game is open to men and women of high school age or older. Come out to play, cheer, or just enjoy getting together!

SuperConference - 10/1/06

Superconference 2006 will be held on Sunday, October 1st through Wednesday, October 4th at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. The Church will be taking a van to the Conference, leaving on Sunday afternoon ( @ 12:30) and returning Wednesday Evening ( @ 9pm). The Theme this year is: Back to the Future, Back to the basics in order to change the future. Guest Speakers include: Dr. Ergun Caner, Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. Jerry Vines, and Dr. Jerry Hunt.
