The Ark International Church began a 21-day Fast on January 1, 2007. This fast is a partial fast, ( ex. fruit & vegetable diet, fasting certain meals each day, etc.). Everyone is encouraged to participate! Press in through prayer and see what God will do! ..."This kind can come out only by prayer and fasting." - Mark 9:29
